The phrase 'know thyself' (Greek: γνῶθι σεαυτόν, gnōthi seautón) is associated with the Temple of Apollo at Delphi.

I offer an alternative to traditional or mainstream psychotherapy. I offer an alternative for those who have tried mainstream methods but feel these are insufficient or not helping enough.

I help you connect with your own (inner) source of wisdom so that you can be your own guide and follow your purpose. I help you connect with your authenticity, your true self and that which fills you with meaning, purpose and joy.
